Each season, we meet with our local suppliers around the British Isles to source the freshest ingredients and develop dishes that feature meat, fish and produce at their very best.  This season is no exception with exciting new dishes such as our Dingley Dell Baby Back Ribs with Sweet and Spicy Glaze, succulent Grilled Welsh Saltmarsh Lamb Rump, a host of new salads and the ever-popular Eton Mess for dessert.
